Land law impacts on many aspects of our day-to-day lives. For example, land law determines who owns the land, how it may be used, and how others might gain access to the land.
Land law can often be a difficult subject and that’s why the House of Commons have produced this briefing paper to give an overview of some commonly raised issues, including:
